    Earrings, for hygienic reasons, must be unworn and in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.

    Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return, including the return address.

    We recommend using a trackable shipping method and obtaining proof of postage for your return shipment.

    Customized or engraved jewelry items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
    In the case of damaged or defective items, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package, providing detailed information and supporting evidence (e.g., photos).

    Return Shipping Costs:
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of damaged or defective items or if the return is due to our error.
    If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
